JEALOUSY

Jealous can be described as a feeling associated with being possessive of another person, such as a partner or friend.

When someone is jealous, sometimes it is subtle, unnoticeable, or mild. Whichever the case may be, it can cause a person to act out or harm someone else.

Different signs of jealousy

  1. Deep sadness or feelings of distance when thinking about a partner, friend, or loved one.

  2. Anger toward a person or situation that is interfering with something you care about.

  3. Resentment of a friend or partner when they can’t spend time with you.

  4. Difficulty feeling happy for a coworker when they receive something you wanted.

Experiencing jealousy is a normal emotion. However, it can also come from deeper feelings that may be affected such as trust, confidence or self-esteem.

Common ways jealousy occurs:

-Insecurity

-Competition

-Striving for perfectionism

-Trust issues

-Sibling rivalry’s
